| AGM & Constitution matters |
 All senior club members should have now recieved formal notification of the AGM (date being 1st April @ 11:00)
Please try to attend its your club.

| Club minutes go online |
All club members who are signed up for this forum will shortly be able to access all club committee meeting minutes from the 7th Sept 2005 meeting. Previous meetings to this are available as paper copies at present.
A.G.M. minutes will also be available starting with our first A.G.M. 2006 as Trent Valley Archers.(previous A.G.M. minutes as Meir Archery Club are available on request from the secretary (paper version only)).
To get to see these files registered members should click on the download link across the top of any forum page or the identical link on the left hand side of the forum pages and then select club minutes and then the relevant file. |

| Email accounts now available |
As of today member accounts @trentvalleyarchers.co.uk are available for use. If you wish to have one of these (they CAN be set up to forward messages to another email account if required) please signup and private message me asking for an email account. This will then be set up using firstname.lastname@trentvalleyarchers.co.uk unless requested otherwise and a random password will be sent to you via private message.
Accounts such as admin, chairman etc are not available as they are already in use! |

| In the recent Bow International tournament, our club champion (Roy Burges) has won £350 worth of equipment vouchers for use by the club. Unfortunately, he did not win any money for himself. |

| Handicaps |
There is now an extra link in the navigation bar for logged in members, this shows the current handicaps of our members and is only available to be seen by club members. At the moment no further details are displayed, but there shall be an archive page for each persons in and outdoor shoot/handicap history (these will be seperate).
due to length html scripts these will sometimes overflow into 2 pages
further suggestions, please dont be afraid to use the suggestions forum! |

| With updates come bugs... |
 The calendar of events and member accessable searh feature have been added.
Current buglist (known) for these features are:
Calendar colour is orange! this will be resolved as soon as possible to make it fit inline with all the panels, but orange is the default colour for such features as articles.
On the Calendar of Events submission page, the search panel fails to load, this error is being looked into, and appears to be the only error with the search panel, if you find it anywhere else, please inform me! - the search feature panel has been taken offline while the source of the error is investigated |

| The list of news and article categories has been expanded to inclde the kinds of releases that will be made in a more organised manner, the present graphics for each are only the standard gif's and these wil be updated as soon as possible. This may be done as a bulk update or simpy one at a time. |
